At MCC Fuels, we pride ourselves on providing quality products, honest prices and reliable service. We want our customers to be happy with every purchase.

 

 

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described, or you have received the incorrect product, please contact MCC Fuels as soon as possible.

 

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

 

 

For purchases made in our cash & carry premises, we are not required to offer a refund simply because you have changed your mind, provided the goods are satisfactory and as described.

 

For orders placed online, by telephone or another distance-selling method, you may have a legal right to cancel within the applicable cancellation period. Certain goods may be exempt, including some perishable products.

 

 

Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be made using the original payment method and within the timeframe required by law.

 

We may ask for proof of purchase, such as a receipt, order confirmation or other reasonable evidence of purchase.

 

 

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

 

Where goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

 

 

Nothing in this policy affects or limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under UK law.
